We are seeking a talented, customer-focused recruiter to join our growing organization.  The desired candidate is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Tresta.  This candidate will have excellent organization skills, works effectively with internal stakeholders, possess great communication skills and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. 


  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
  • Build our employer brand in the community
  • Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
  • Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed
  • Conduct phone and onsite interviews with candidates
  • Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook or PC based calendar/meeting applications
  • Participate in recruiting events such as job fairs and other selected community events
  • Conduct and track reference checks and background checks
  • Consult on ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Tresta’s mission
  • Completes all other HR administrative responsibilities as assigned


  • 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience; 5+ years experience preferred
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute
  • Driven, articulate, and friendly personality with a customer-service mindset
  • Learn quickly in a fast paced, ever changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting with and emphasis on sourcing candidates through multiple channels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field preferred
  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates; experience with JazzHR preferred
